ListingVid.pro™ (“ListingVid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software-as-a-service platform that enables licensed real estate agents to create professional listing videos from property photographs. We are operated by Dave Brock, REALTOR®, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, brokerage name, and contact information you provide during onboarding.

Listing & Property Content

We store property photographs and listing details (address, price, beds, baths, square footage) that you upload to create videos. You retain full ownership of this content.

Generated Content

We store AI-generated video scripts, voiceover audio, and exported video files associated with your account.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. We receive and store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage Data

We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, video creation counts, and export history for the purpose of improving the platform and enforcing plan limits.

Technical Data

We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and session identifiers when you use the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the ListingVid.pro™ platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Generate AI video scripts and voiceover audio from your listing data
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts, support responses)
• Enforce plan usage limits and detect abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your property photographs or listing content to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:

• Clerk — Authentication and session management (clerk.com)
• Supabase — Database and file storage (supabase.com)
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing (stripe.com)
• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — AI voiceover generation (cloud.google.com)
• Anthropic Claude — AI script generation (anthropic.com)
• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment (vercel.com)

5. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your account data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, and authenticated access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and session tokens required for authentication and to maintain your login state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

ListingVid.pro™ is intended solely for use by licensed real estate professionals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
